　　1.制定禁止吸煙法規(guī):可譯為issue regulations to prohibit smoking in public。其中“禁止吸煙”實際指的是“禁止在公共場所吸煙”，故翻譯為prohibit smoking in public。漢語的含義有時比較隱晦，需要在充分理解原文的基礎(chǔ)上進行翻譯。

　　2.視法規(guī)而不顧:可譯為are indifferent to regulations。其中“視…而不顧”可以理解為“對…漠不關(guān)心”，故使用be indifferent to來表達。indifferent意為“不關(guān)心的，滿不在乎的”。

　　3.依然我行我素、吞云吐霧:可意譯為continue to smoke,既簡單又能防止因錯譯、漏譯而失分。
