General Description總體描述
1. The response fulfills the demands of the task, with at most minor lapses in completeness.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) fulfills the demands of the task有兩層含義：
——回答切題：比如問(wèn)題是描述最喜歡的一部電影，考生就不能回答最喜歡的一本書。
——滿足題目要求：比如對(duì)于托�？谡Z(yǔ)的question 3和question 4，考生應(yīng)當(dāng)按照要求描述清楚聽力和閱讀文章的內(nèi)容，并闡釋二者關(guān)系。
(2) minor lapses說(shuō)明考生即便犯一些小錯(cuò)誤，也有可能取得滿分。
2. It is highly intelligible and exhibits sustained, coherent discourse.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) highly intelligible表明考生的回答必須易懂。這要求考生發(fā)音清晰，表達(dá)連貫以及邏輯嚴(yán)密。
(2) sustained, coherent discourse要求考生表達(dá)連貫，即保證一定的流利性，且前后意思和邏輯要連貫一致。

1. Speech is generally clear, fluid, and sustained.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) generally clear表明考生回答要基本清晰。
(2) fluid & sustained要求考生表達(dá)流利順暢。
2. It may include minor lapses or minor difficulties with pronunciation or intonation.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) minor lapses說(shuō)明考生即便犯一些小錯(cuò)誤，也有可能取得滿分。
(2) minor difficulties with pronunciation or intonation說(shuō)明滿分的回答也會(huì)在語(yǔ)音語(yǔ)調(diào)上有小困難。
3. Pace may vary at times as speaker attempts to recall information.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) pace vary說(shuō)明考生在試圖回憶閱讀或者聽力材料時(shí)語(yǔ)速會(huì)有所變化，即如果考生為了回憶材料中的內(nèi)容，可以適當(dāng)?shù)胤怕Z(yǔ)速。
(2) recall information說(shuō)明考生需要回憶閱讀和聽力材料中的內(nèi)容。
4. Overall intelligibility remains high.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
Overall intelligibility-high說(shuō)明滿分的回答整體上應(yīng)當(dāng)不影響聽眾的理解。
要點(diǎn) 2: Language Use
1. The response demonstrates good control of basic and complex grammatical structures that allow for coherent, efficient (automatic) expression of relevant ideas.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
滿分的回答都可以熟練地使用簡(jiǎn)單的以及復(fù)雜的句型和詞組。此處不建議運(yùn)用太難的詞匯和句型，容易出錯(cuò)。
2. Contains generally effective word choice.
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
要求考生能夠正確得當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用語(yǔ)法知識(shí)和詞匯，能選用有效的詞匯進(jìn)行表達(dá)。
3. Though some minor (or systematic) errors or imprecise use may be noticeable, they do not require listener effort (or obscure meaning).
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀：
(1) 這說(shuō)明滿分的考生也會(huì)犯一些明顯的小錯(cuò)誤。
(2) 滿分回答中可以存在一些明顯的語(yǔ)法使用不當(dāng)，只要不影響理解即可。
