　　一、啟事

　　啟事是一種公告性的通知，需要向公眾說(shuō)明什么事情，要求什么幫助都可以采用。把啟事內(nèi)容的要點(diǎn)作為標(biāo)題寫(xiě)在啟事的上方正中;啟事的日期寫(xiě)在右上方;啟事者名稱在右下方;不用稱呼語(yǔ)。如：

　　二、通知(通告)

　　通知(通告)是要告知某種信息而使用的一種文體。形式有：在通知(通告)上方居中寫(xiě)上Notice字樣作為標(biāo)題;無(wú)稱呼語(yǔ)，通知中用第三人稱;出通知單位或負(fù)責(zé)人名字應(yīng)寫(xiě)在正文最后的右下方，或放在標(biāo)題之上，作為標(biāo)題的一部分，這樣最后不再署名;出通知的日期寫(xiě)在正文右下方，應(yīng)在單位名的下一行。如：

　　Notice

　　All teachers and students are requested to meet in the auditorium at 2:30 on Wednesday afternoon to hear a report on current international affairs by Mr. Liu from the Institute of Foreign Affairs.Be sure to attend on time.

　　三、書(shū)信

　　書(shū)信的格式是：信頭(發(fā)信人的地址和日期)，位于信紙的右上角;信內(nèi)地址(收信人的地址，私人信件可省去)，位于信頭下兩行左邊;稱呼，位于信內(nèi)地址下;正文，位于稱呼下，縮進(jìn)兩個(gè)字符;署名，位于正文下兩行右邊;簽名，位于結(jié)尾下。如：
