六級詞匯講解：
第一句是個簡單句。第二句的主干是Jerome M. SiegeL...says he wonders if...其中，if引導wonder的賓語從句。
unique意為“獨一無二的;獨特的”。如：
These animals are unique to China.
這些是中國特有的動物。
iceberg意為“冰山;冷峻的人”。
六級考點歸納：
wonder與wander的形式和發(fā)音都十分相近，但是含義截然不同：
wonder作動詞時，意為“驚奇;想知道”。如：
1 wonder ifyou will do me afavor.
我想知道，您能否幫我個忙?
作名詞時表示“奇跡;驚嘆，驚奇”。如：
It's a wonder you recognized me.
難得你還認得我。
wander是動詞，意為“閑逛;漫步”。如：
Don't wander about the room like that.Get something to do.
不要在房間里那樣閑逛，找點事情做。
