一、探究課程內(nèi)容，提升語(yǔ)言能力
語(yǔ)言能力是指在社會(huì)情境中，以聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、看、寫等方式理解和表達(dá)意義、意圖和情感態(tài)度的能力。英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力構(gòu)成英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ)，是學(xué)生發(fā)展文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力的依托。英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力的提高有助于學(xué)生拓寬文化視野，豐富思維方式，在全球化背景下開(kāi)展跨文化交流。
教師要深入研讀語(yǔ)篇，把握教學(xué)核心內(nèi)容。研讀語(yǔ)篇就是讀者對(duì)語(yǔ)篇的主題、內(nèi)容、文體結(jié)構(gòu)、語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)、作者觀點(diǎn)等做深入的解讀。教師要積極研究如何在教學(xué)中落實(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)，探索有效的教與學(xué)的.方式，努力實(shí)踐以主題意義為引領(lǐng)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)觀，實(shí)施深度教學(xué)。教師必須深入研究課程內(nèi)容，提煉重點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)有效的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，通過(guò)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫訓(xùn)練，提高學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力。

文化品格是指對(duì)中外文化的理解和對(duì)優(yōu)秀文化的認(rèn)同，是學(xué)生在全球化背景下表現(xiàn)出的文化意識(shí)、人文修養(yǎng)和行為取向。文化品格體現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的價(jià)值取向。文化品格的培育有助于學(xué)生樹(shù)立世界眼光，增強(qiáng)國(guó)家認(rèn)同感和家國(guó)情懷，學(xué)會(huì)做人做事，成長(zhǎng)為有文化修養(yǎng)和社會(huì)責(zé)任感的人。

思維品質(zhì)指人的思維個(gè)性特征，反映其在思維的邏輯性、批判性、創(chuàng)造性等方面所表現(xiàn)的能力和水平。思維品質(zhì)體現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的心智發(fā)展。思維品質(zhì)的發(fā)展有助于提升學(xué)生分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力，從跨文化的視角觀察和認(rèn)識(shí)世界，對(duì)事物作出正確的價(jià)值判斷，促進(jìn)學(xué)生的深度學(xué)習(xí)。

When people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. They don’t know that trees can stop flood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. If the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place.
In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.
The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does successs, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! this year, qinghai suffered from a big snow disaster, and xiongning collected a series of things to help people there. march 1, they left for qinghai and gave the clothing, medicines to people there. march 10, she lost her life by a traffic accident.

Even in today's world, their situation would be really dire, but think about how much worse it would have been then.
No one on land had any idea that anything had gone wrong. No search party was coming to look for these men. So most of us have never experienced a situation as frightening as the one in which these sailors found themselves, but we all know what it's like to be afraid.
We know how fear feels, but I'm not sure we spend enough time thinking about what our fears mean.
As we grow up, we're often encouraged to think of fear as a weakness, just another childish thing to discard like baby teeth or roller skates.

As an old city, Tianjin has many traditional features. Firstly, its Chinese folks art -- crosstalk (相聲) is very famous. Guo Degang is my town fellow (老鄉(xiāng)). Secondly, there are famous universitites in Tianjin such as Nankai University. Thirdly, it is a place abounding in celebrities: Zhou Enlai, Wen Jiabao and many other famous people from Tianjin. Thirdly, TIan jin is well-known for its food. For example, Goubuli stuffed bun (狗不理包子), 18th street manual twist (十八街麻花), Erduowen fried rice cake (耳朵眼炸糕) and so on. What's more, Tianjin is a travel city. The Nightview of Hai River is very popular among travellers.
