　　暑假，媽媽給我報了個游泳班。上了第一節(jié)課后，我煩了又很害怕水，所以就不想去了。可是媽媽對我要求很嚴，我不敢和媽媽說。第二節(jié)課上完后，我就更不想去了。第三節(jié)課，媽媽對王教練說，要多鼓勵鼓勵我。

　　In summer vacation, my mother reported a swimming class for me. After the first class, I was tired and afraid of water, so I didn't want to go. But my mother is very strict with me. I dare not tell her. After the second class, I don't want to go. In the third class, my mother told coach Wang to encourage me more.

　　在教練的幫助下，我又有了信心。后來，媽媽又帶我去了藍天游泳館練了兩次，我漸漸喜歡上了游泳課。現(xiàn)在，每次上課，四個教練都夸我是最棒的！通過學習游泳，我懂得了一個道理：不管遇到什么困難，只要自己堅持就能取得好成績。
