We, the undersigned,
Chen [ ], female, born on [ ] (Date), residing at No. [ ], [ ] Rd [ ] City, [ ] Country.
Lee [ ] , female, born on [ ] (Date), residing at No. [ ], [ ] Rd [ ] City, [ ] Country.
我們是李明的妻子和女兒。李明于[ ]年[ ]月[ ]日在[ ](地點)死亡。在[ ](地點)留有房產(chǎn)�，F(xiàn)我們代表我們本人及李明未成年的兒子李小明委托[ ]律師事務(wù)所(地址：[ ])律師[ ](姓名)為我們的合法代理人。全權(quán)代表我們在[ ](地點)向有關(guān)當(dāng)局辦理繼承上述遺產(chǎn)的一切事宜，領(lǐng)取李明的遺產(chǎn)執(zhí)管證，并全權(quán)代表我們領(lǐng)取、執(zhí)管、變賣和處理上述遺產(chǎn)。代理人所簽的一切有關(guān)文件，我們均予承認(rèn)。
