英語(yǔ)作文之應(yīng)用文體的介紹
一． 作文類型：感謝信(thanks)，祝賀信(congratulation)，道歉信(apology)，邀請(qǐng)信(invitation) 倡導(dǎo)信（建議信）(suggestion); 投訴信（complaint），詢問(wèn)信（inquiry）請(qǐng)求信（require）婉拒信(decline)，求職信（application），推薦信(recommendation)，公告（notice）備忘（memo）,
二． 作文格式：三三原則1.三個(gè)逗號(hào)；2.三個(gè)段落；3.三個(gè)永恒
1. 三永恒：Jan.9th, 2011,Dear XX,Yours,
2. 三逗號(hào)：日期中，稱呼后，署名后
3. 三段式：首段說(shuō)明寫(xiě)信意愿和目的+第二段展開(kāi)內(nèi)容+末端呼應(yīng)首段，再一次強(qiáng)調(diào)寫(xiě)信用意，并表達(dá)祝愿。
三． 作文格式注意事項(xiàng)：
1.日期的`格式和位置；-----Jan.9th,2011 在右上角
2.稱呼的格式：Dear Sir, Dear Madam Helen, Dear John, Dear Professor Smith,男士：Mr. 女士：Mrs./ Ms./Miss教授、博士：Prof./Dr.
市長(zhǎng)，法官，議員，其他高官：Hon.(Honorable,尊敬的)

Concern,
3. 署名的格式：右下角，Yours sincerely, Sincerely yours, Sincerely,
