Hard Work Leads To Success
Hello! everyone! My topic is “Hard Work Leads To Success”. I hope you willlike it .
First I want to ask you a question..what brought people to success? Yes,the answer is you must work hard .
We have learned that those who rise to the heights in any field aren’t those with the greatest natural talent,but those who working harder and harder.
Of course,for hard work to really pay off,we need to work effectively, here’s how:
The first one is “follow your dream”.you must have a direction for your work.Set your objectives early,then devote all your energies to achieving them.
And the second is “block out the time”To be beneficial,you must be regular。For example,if you want to be an experienced engineer ,then you must to give up many leisure time,you must to studying hard,summing up your experiences for years..
The third is “take One step at a time”.don’t aim to reach the top in a single session,just try to improve by one percent over the session before.
And the forth is “l(fā)ook back”. May be you can ask yourself frequently.“Am I have any “soft spots”？”if you do,try to find them and make some effort to identify the weaknesses,then try to do better tomorrow.
The last is “hold out a carrot”,whatever your work needs,always hold out a reward for your achievement. For example ,if you finish the day’s scheduled work,you can go out watching a movie or just eating with your good friends, such a reward will inspire you to work harder and harder.
Ladies and gentlemen,Working hard does have its drawbacks ,its frustration and painful moments,sometimes maybe you want to give up the whole thing.but we all believe,after all the drawbacks,there’s a benefit.
Hard work is the way to the end of the rainbow.
All of us.let’s working harder and harder,for ourselves,for our future.
and this is also one of the thoughts that came to me while preparing this speech.

刻苦努力才是成功之路
大家好。我今天演講的題目是“刻苦努力才是成功之路”，希望你們喜歡。
首先我希望問(wèn)大家一個(gè)問(wèn)題：“怎樣才能成功呢？”。是的，你必須刻苦努力才能成功。 我們都知道，在任何一個(gè)領(lǐng)域，能攀上事業(yè)高峰的人未必都是天賦過(guò)人的人，而是努力并且倍加努力的人。
當(dāng)然，要使刻錄努力真正得到回報(bào)，你必須提高工作效率�，F(xiàn)說(shuō)明如下：
第一，就是樹(shù)立目標(biāo)。你必須有努力的'方向，盡早的樹(shù)立目標(biāo)，接著全力以付去實(shí)現(xiàn)。 第二,就是合理安排時(shí)間。艱難的工作不是隨意應(yīng)付就可以的，要作出成效，就必須持之以恒。例如，你想成為一個(gè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的工程師，那你就必須犧牲很多的閑暇時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)，不斷的積累。
第三，就是一步一個(gè)腳印。不要想一步登天，每一個(gè)階段能比上一個(gè)階段有百分之一的進(jìn)步就可。
第四，就是勤于回顧。你可以經(jīng)常的問(wèn)自己，我有什么弱點(diǎn)嗎？如果有，就試圖的發(fā)現(xiàn)并努力認(rèn)識(shí)自己的劣勢(shì)，力圖明天做得更好。
最后一點(diǎn)就是犒勞自己。不管你忙到什么程度，只要取得一點(diǎn)成績(jī)，就犒勞犒勞自己，。例如，你完成了當(dāng)天規(guī)定的工作，你可以去看一場(chǎng)電影，或者和朋友們一起出去聚餐，這樣的一個(gè)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)會(huì)激勵(lì)你更加努力的工作。
女士們，先生們，刻苦努力的過(guò)程確實(shí)充滿了困難、挫折和痛苦，甚至有時(shí)候會(huì)想到放棄，但是我們相信，每一次的挫折都會(huì)給我們帶來(lái)新的收獲。
刻苦努力才是通向成功的必由之路。
讓我們相信我們的愿望，相信我們自己，為我們自己的明天，繼續(xù)努力，再努力吧！這也是我準(zhǔn)備這次演講的中心含義之一。
