一個(gè)難忘的人
也許，我所遇見(jiàn)的最有活力的人要算一位在比薩大學(xué)教書(shū)的意大利哲學(xué)教授。雖然我還是八年前見(jiàn)過(guò)他，但我并沒(méi)有忘記他的特點(diǎn)。首先，他給我的印象是熱心教學(xué)。因?yàn)樗恼n總是準(zhǔn)備充分旦表達(dá)清楚，所以學(xué)生們總是蜂涌著來(lái)聽(tīng)他講課。他對(duì)自己所教授的內(nèi)容深信不疑，他很能激發(fā)求知欲，這些受到他的`追隨者的贊賞。而且，他總是利用圖片、錄音、雕塑等工具，或者請(qǐng)來(lái)特約教師，以一種形象的方式來(lái)解釋他的思想。有一次，他甚至在課堂上唱起一首歌來(lái)闡明一個(gè)論點(diǎn)。其次，我很欣賞他那同學(xué)生進(jìn)行課外討論或者進(jìn)行電話交談的作法。在快餐館喝咖啡的時(shí)候，他能平易地與學(xué)生交朋友。有時(shí)，他會(huì)跟一個(gè)學(xué)生來(lái)一盤(pán)棋，有時(shí)又參加集體討論，話題從天文學(xué)一直到潛水。許多青年人常去他辦公室請(qǐng)教學(xué)術(shù)問(wèn)題;還有些人去他家參加社交晚會(huì)。最后，我常為他的機(jī)智所打動(dòng)。他認(rèn)為，師生在課堂中如果沒(méi)有一些會(huì)意的笑，沒(méi)有一次開(kāi)懷的大笑，那么這堂課就不能算成功。在他的幽默感染下，學(xué)習(xí)變得更為輕松愉快，也更能持久。生活使智者微笑，使愚者哭泣，如果此話當(dāng)真，那我這位朋友肯定是個(gè)智者。關(guān)于他的機(jī)智，最好的例子可能就是有一次他結(jié)束講課時(shí)所說(shuō)的一句智語(yǔ)：“上帝模仿自己的發(fā)明是危險(xiǎn)的，人類(lèi)模仿自己的發(fā)明——機(jī)器——也是危險(xiǎn)的。”
